Centrifugal Pumps

They provide pure liquid transfer in processes and CIP applications in the food industry. At the same time, they are also better suited for transferring liquids that contain small, rigid particles. Exemplary liquids for this type of pump include dairy products (milk, whey, eggs), beer, non-alcoholic beverages, alcohol, wine, yeast, blood, oil, and brine.

More appropriate materials 

Equivalent materials to AISI 316L / DIN 1.4404 for all parts that come into contact with liquids. The impellers are made of 1.4435 stainless steel. Parts that do not come into contact with liquids such as the flange adapter, motor body, and motor cover are made of stainless steel.

FOOD PROCESS PUMPS

The pumps are highly productive, and to reduce noise levels, the pump body is made of 316 L stainless steel casting. It provides perfect performance in the filtration application of particle-free products (wine, beer, and other carbonated beverages).

Its advantages   

  • Due to the significant distance between the impeller and the pump body, it carries less risk of contact compared to other liquid pumps. 
  • When compared to liquid pumps, Packo pumps are more productive, require less NPSH, and have lower noise levels. 
  • Flow and discharge altitude curve: Without using excessive high pressure and more suction power, the pump can operate against a closed valve.

The developed mechanical seal features the Mrt Process Nano Pad seal for CIP return applications with the risk of dry running. To maintain the same rigidity and resistance during self-lubrication, the seal surfaces are coated with silicon carbide.

For this reason, these seals are very suitable when sterilizing during pump operation. Our seals comply with FDA and USP standards.

FREE PASSAGE IMPELLER PUMPS

For pumping liquids containing solid particles that should not be damaged. It is perfect for pumping all kinds of vegetables, potatoes, fruits, and shellfish. The pump is also used for wastewater, foamy liquids, long fiber liquids, and residues.

PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY PUMPS

Applications: Process and CIP pump for pumping purified water, WFI, CIP/SIP, and solvents for the pharmaceutical industry. The pump is made of 316 L stainless steel, and electro-polishing provides a surface finish of Ra 0.4 um or better. It conforms to DIN EN 10204/2.1 or 3.1 and is EHEDG certified.

Its advantages   

  • * The large spaces between the impeller and the pump body allow the passage (in the opposite direction of flow) of small particles without causing corrosion. As a result, the pump's performance remains the same after many years of operation.
  • * When compared to other pumps, lower NPSH values and higher productivity.
  • * Straight altitude-flow curve. The pump can operate against closed valves without providing excessive pressure or using more power.
