What is deodorization?
Deodorization is the process of removing odors and air created due to chemical and oxidative reactions or naturally existing in liquid products. These odors and air found in these products cause certain problems in the structure and quality of the product and also pose technical problems during product processing.
With Mrt Process DeoPlat Deodorizers, solving these problems easily, you do not compromise the quality of the product. With the technological and user-friendly design, Platech Deodorizers are produced in a range from 500 l/h to 35,000 l/h in semi-automatic or fully automatic mode."
How does it work?
The product is sent through a pump into the degasser tank, where its pressure is reduced to a certain level below atmospheric pressure. At the tank inlet, by spraying a product through a special arrangement, the inner partition is coated in a way to create a thin film layer.
Thanks to the low pressure, as the product is suddenly boiled at a temperature below its normal boiling point, the air that is mixed or exists within its structure is released and removed from the product. Through the vacuum system, odors and air are expelled, and a certain amount of vaporized product and aroma elements passing through a condenser are recycled and mixed back into the product."

Generally used in the dairy, dairy products, fruit juice, beverage industry, honey, ketchup, sauces, and similar products, they are produced in automatic or semi-automatic vacuum systems. All equipment used in the DeoPlat Deodorizer meets European standards and has high hygiene standards. The product vacuum pump existing in the system is fully AISI 304 quality, and the surfaces that come into contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel."
