Schmidt-Mrt Process plate heat exchangers are indispensable equipment for HVAC applications with high thermal transfer efficiency and resistance, serving as pressure crushers for district heating, heating and ventilation recycling systems, pool water heating operations, solar energy systems, geothermal installations, and hot water sources for high-rise buildings.

Pool heating application: 

The hot water, regulated to the desired temperature by the plate heat exchanger, is sent to the pool through the filter. 

This flow heats the pool water. 

The bypass valve regulates the flow of pool water coming from the exchanger and enters the pool at the desired temperature. 

To protect the system from high chlorine concentration, the chlorination unit must be installed after the plate heat exchanger.

Use of the heat exchanger in solar energy systems: 

It is used in systems where the water for use and the heating water are different. The water heated in the collectors transfers its temperature to the water for use through a heat exchanger. 

They are also used as a solution against freezing, calcification, and corrosion.
