Pigging Technology
The duplex scraping technology ensures the immiscibility of the product with other liquids in a safe manner. In this technology, thanks to the water-saving feature of the raw materials used for cleaning, labor and time are reduced, and it has been proven that the investment is recouped in a short time.
Traditional duplex scraping T-pipes / elbows can be easily maneuvered through KIESELMANN's ball valves, double-seat valves, and pipe heat exchangers. They discharge the pipeline and clean it. Thus, the scraping position can be visualized anywhere in the plant at any time. KIESELMANN scraping can be applied in two directions; manual lifting or an additional return line is not required.
